MAINTAINING YOUR INVESTMENT
All stone is porous as well as absorbent. Upon the completion of a stone
installation it is essential that your stone is treated by a Licensed Natural Stone
Care and Restoration Professional. Many stone fabricators and floor installers
only apply one coat of a low grade sealer with improper application methods.
Additionally, improper information on care and usage of “conventional” cleaners
are a contributing cause to the impairment of the beauty of natural stone,
resulting in expensive repair. These factors have a tremendous impact on the
necessity for maintenance to protect and preserve the value and elegance of
stone. By providing the appropriate protective treatment to the stone, you
greatly minimize the deteriorating effects that result from “the weathering and
wear process.” With over 20 years of experience in San Diego, Pellegrino
Stonecare provides a comprehensive in-home course on care which incorporates
proven, as well as innovative techniques, methods and technologies which are
dependable. Product samples are also provided to help maintain your natural
stone. At the completion of each project we will leave behind care products and
instructions for use.
